I lost the link to edit my invitation
Your personal editing link was included with your purchase — check the delivery PDF or confirmation you received when you bought your invitation; the button there opens your editor.
If you’ve created an account, sign in and open My invitations — every invitation you’ve claimed is listed there, no link required.
Can’t find either? Contact us with the name on your order and we’ll recover it — your work is saved on our side and is never lost.
My guests say they can't see the event page
Guests can only see your event page once it’s published. If you’re still trying things out, the page is private to you (your preview link works only for you). Open your event dashboard and use the publish card when you’re ready.
Already published? Double-check the link you shared — it’s easy for a copy/paste to lose a character. The full link is shown on your dashboard.
How do guests RSVP?
Share your event page link (from your dashboard). Guests open it, tap RSVP, and answer — no app, no account, nothing to install. Their responses appear on your dashboard the moment they submit.
Can someone help me manage my event?
Yes — from your dashboard you can create a co-host link (nearly all your powers) or a helper link (view the plan, add guests, check off to-dos). The people you share those links with don’t need an account.
How do I send updates to my guests?
Post an announcement from your dashboard — it appears on your event page, and guests who opted into notifications get a gentle push on their phone. You can also text guests directly from the guest list.
Why are my downloads locked?
Free trial events can do almost everything, but downloads and the public guest page unlock when you publish. Your work is saved the whole time — publishing simply flips it live.
Is my event information safe?
Yes. Everything you type — your event details, guest list, RSVPs — is saved automatically as you work and backed up every day to secure, independent storage in more than one place. Your event pages live on private links that only the people you share them with can open.
