Terms of Service

Welcome to Many Merry Moons. These terms are an agreement between you and Many Merry Moons (“we,” “us”) and govern your use of manymerrymoons.com — personalized invitations, event pages, RSVPs, and related tools. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Many Merry Moons lets you personalize invitation designs, download print-ready files, and publish an event page where guests can RSVP and coordinate. Free previews let you try before you publish; some features require a paid publish or a code purchased from our Etsy shop. We may add, change, or retire features over time.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account or make a purchase. Sign-in uses one-time email links, so keeping access to your email is keeping access to your account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for who you share dashboard and co-host links with — those links grant access to anyone holding them.
Purchases, payments, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Publishing an event is a one-time fee per event unless stated otherwise.
Because these are digital goods, here is our refund promise: if something isn't right, email us within 14 days of your purchase. If your event page hasn't meaningfully gone live for guests, we'll refund the publish fee in full; otherwise we'll work with you in good faith to make it right. Purchases made through Etsy follow Etsy's policies alongside ours — contact us either way and we'll help.
Your content and your guests'
You keep ownership of everything you and your guests enter — event details, photos, messages, RSVPs. You give us permission to store and display that content as needed to run the service (that's the whole job of an event page). You're responsible for the content you post and for having the right to share it, including details about other people. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the service or its users.
Our designs
Invitation designs, artwork, and templates belong to Many Merry Moons or our licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-commercial license: personalize, download, print, and share your invitation for your own event as much as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the designs or files, use them for commercial printing services beyond your own event, or claim them as your own.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing.
- Don't probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or other people's events.
- Don't submit other people's personal information without their permission.
Event pages
Event pages live at unlisted addresses meant for the people you invite. Anyone with the link can view a published page, so share it the way you'd share the address of the party itself. We keep event pages up for the life of the gathering and reasonable time after; we may archive long-inactive pages after notice where possible.
Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it's provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
Ending things
You can stop using the service, or ask us to delete your account and events, at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate. Questions: [email protected].
